Our stay was fabulous! Paula was fantastic - friendly and accommodating. Great facilities, including shampoo, body wash, TV with Netflix, and secure parking. Perfect location, just a 3-minute walk to the Bullring. Lovely breakfast and amazing city views. Clean, modern, and beautiful apartment. 5*+ experience!

Nothing, everything was great.

We had a comfortable stay in Birmingham just off shopping centre, train station and the Chinese Quarter. We really enjoyed the host. It was marvellous in the middle of the city. This apartment met what was needed; would love to stay here again.

The location was marvellous and fantastic, 10 minutes' walk from a landmark mall. Bed was lovely, slept good. Host treated us very well...

The breakfast was lovely, with a variety of cereals and pastries provided. The balcony had fantastic city views and the location was perfect, with the Bullring just a 3-minute walk away. There was also secure parking available. our stay was amazing and we would definitely return again.

Our stay was absolutely mind-blowing! The host was super accommodating and quick to respond to all our questions. The location was jaw-droppingly perfect, right in the middle of the bustling Chinese Quarter but surprisingly quiet. The view from our room was simply spectacular. Despite not having breakfast, the host provided milk, cereal, and biscuits. The apartment itself was top-notch, with luxurious amenities like two TVs, plush bed linen, and a spacious wardrobe. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the apartment had all the necessary essentials, including iron, hangers, and shower gel. The wi-fi worked flawlessly, and the lift made accessing the apartment a breeze. Plus, it was a huge relief to have secure parking available for free. our experience was absolutely superb and we would definitely visit again. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and responded quickly to any requests we had. the apartment was spacious and impressively clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were two TVs in the apartment as well as luxurious bed linen and a huge wardrobe. the apartment also came equipped with essential amenities such as an iron, hangers, and shower gel. the view from the apartment at night was absolutely amazing, and we loved being able to step outside and enjoy it. the windows were left open before our arrival, so the apartment had a nice, fresh feel to it.

One drawback was that there were no cooking essentials like oil or seasoning in the kitchen, which would have been a nice touch. the linen on the bedding was quite creased from being tumble dried, which slightly affected the overall presentation.

Great experience, awesome spot to stay in with a killer view. The host was really helpful and gave us some top-notch tips. 👌

Located right in the heart of the city, this apartment is central to everything and is close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The spacious and clean apartment had all the necessary amenities including iron, hangers and shower gel. We were pleasantly surprised to find two TVs in the apartment along with luxurious bed linen and a huge wardrobe. The highlight was the amazing view from the balcony and bedroom window, providing a stunning cityscape.

Some guests have noted that the common areas of the building are not well-maintained, with graffiti in the lifts and noisy corridors at night.

I recently stayed at the Penthouse in the Chinese Quarter for a weekend getaway. The host, Paula, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the vibrant Chinese Quarter, yet surprisingly peaceful. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. The facilities in the apartment were top-notch, with everything from toiletries to a well-equipped kitchen. The complimentary breakfast provided by Paula was a nice touch. Secure parking was also available. our stay was amazing and we would definitely return.

the penthouse exceeded our expectations during our family holiday in birmingham. the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the host, paula, was extremely helpful and informative. the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views. we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in a top floor apartment located in the city centre, close to everything I needed. the apartment was spacious and very clean, with luxurious bed linen and a huge wardrobe. the host was friendly and quick to respond to my requests. the view from the apartment was amazing, especially at night. the apartment came with amenities such as iron, hangers, and shower gel.

The cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better, as there was some mould in the shower silicon lining.

The host was helpful and responsive to messages. The apartment had great facilities, including a balcony with city views. The location was perfect, with convenient access to shopping and amenities.

The building itself was run down and poorly maintained. The corridors were filthy and the lifts were covered in graffiti.
